Bruce L. Stern is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Rated attorney licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia and California (inactive).* Bruce is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles ("UCLA") and Boston University School of Law. Bruce has been practicing law for over 30 years and his areas of speciality are real estate, civil litigation and corporate law. Over his diverse career, Bruce has worked for law firms in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County, Maryland. He also formerly worked for the global consulting firm KPMG in its Washington National Tax and Knowledge Management Practice Groups. Bruce is the Managing Attorney for Maryland and the District of Columbia for Cardinal Title Group, LLC one of the largest real estate settlement companies in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. In this role, Bruce oversees Cardinal's nine Maryland and District of Columbia offices. Bruce also provides legal services on select matters for his former private practice clients. Since 2015, Bruce has served on the Montgomery County Trial Courts Judicial Nomination Commission. Bruce was appoointed to serve on this Commission by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. *Bruce is an inactive member of the California Bar, but is eligible to practice as an active member of that State's Bar.
